In July 2025, Mahindra, through its distributor Agni Incorporated, delivered a one-of-its-kind order to Nepal Airlines. 7 Arjun Novo 605 DI MS tractors in the 50 HP category. This was no ordinary delivery. The tender came with very specific requirements, from colour to configuration, that demanded precision, adaptability and seamless collaboration across teams.

The tractors had to be finished in white, matching Nepal Airlines’ signature colour. The Auto Mumbai plant took on the task of painting the sheet metal, while the FD Nagpur plant completed the assembly. Another requirement was non-AC cabins, and this was achieved through local fabrication by Team Agni, ensuring full compliance without compromising on quality.

Before dispatch, the Nepal Airlines team visited the Nagpur plant for a detailed inspection. Once approved, the tractors were carefully transported by road on trailers, with the FES IO Logistics team ensuring zero damage during the journey. These were, after all, the only 7 units in this exclusive white finish. What began as a complex, high-stakes project became a showcase of collaboration, agility and seamless execution.
