The spirit of competition roared loud as the League of Champions (LOC) Season 2 concluded on 2nd February 2024 in Hyderabad; marking a momentous occasion for talented technicians and service advisors from across the globe. This year’s edition was exponentially bigger at all levels – from participation, competition categories to winners.
Themed around ‘Sportsmanship’, it drew top talent from across 5 continents and 19 countries, and served as a potent platform to showcase their dedication, teamwork and indomitable spirit.
Not just a contest for recognition, LOC is a celebration of excellence. Over 737 champions embarked on an exciting journey across four competitive levels – L1: Distributor, L2: Country, L3: Zonal and L4: Global. Through the relentless pursuit of mastery, 377 champions advanced to the Country Level, where 35 emerged victorious at the Zonal and Global Levels. Finally, 16 champions (8 from Team Mahindra and 8 from Team Swaraj) etched their names in history as the ultimate winners.
This season’s success underscores Mahindra’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. As the technicians and service advisors gear up for future challenges, the lessons learnt and the bonds forged during this competition will undoubtedly propel them to even greater heights, ensuring continued success in the years to come.
